An integrated mind-body approach to healing, designed to help you find your way back home to yourself.

Using a blend of professional counselling and somatic awareness, I offer a trauma-informed therapeutic space to support you through trauma, grief, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation.

You Are Not Broken. Your Nervous System Is Just Overwhelmed.

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in frustrating patterns, know that these symptoms are simply protective habits built by an overloaded nervous system.

Your body is doing its best to keep you safe.

Together, we will bridge the gap between your mind and body to break those cycles for good, all from the comfort and privacy of your own space through convenient online sessions.

These are just a few of the primary areas where somatic therapy for chronic stress and trauma can offer support.

  • Emotional Overwhelm & Overthinking

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • PTSD & Complex PTSD (CPTSD)

  • Fight or Flight Response & Nervous System Dysregulation

  • Chronic Pain & Physical Tension

  • Grief (Bereavement, Loss & Life Transitions)

  • Relationship Difficulties & Intergenerational Patterns

How We Rebuild From the Inside Out

When Talking Isn't Enough

Traditional talk therapy helps you understand your feelings, but true healing requires more than intellectual insight. When stress or trauma locks your nervous system into survival mode, you cannot think your way out of a physical response. True healing happens when we stop trying to analyse the past and gently tend to how your body is holding it right now

The Body Speaks First

When life becomes overwhelming, your nervous system responds long before your conscious mind can process it.

Chronic fatigue, physical tension, anxiety, and feeling disconnected are simply your body’s way of speaking when words fail.

How Somatic Therapy Works

Somatic therapy bridges the gap between mind and body to heal trauma, grief, and chronic stress. By working with breath, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation, we go beyond just "managing" your symptoms.

There is no rigid or fixed programme here. I offer a trauma-informed space built entirely around your unique pace..

Two Ways to Work Together

To support you in what you are experiencing, true healing begins by gently reconnecting your mind, body, and nervous system.

For Individuals, Moving through grief, stress, or trauma with private 1:1 somatic therapy, dedicated grief tending, or therapeutic yoga.

For Organisations, Helping teams move out of chronic burnout with structural workplace wellness support that creates lasting, cultural change.

A Structured Approach to Deep Healing

My path to somatic therapy was paved by my own personal recovery from burnout and loss. Because of this, I understand firsthand how deeply grief and chronic stress echo within the physical body.

As a trained Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist, and Loss and Bereavement Practitioner, I move beyond rigid checklists to bridge the gap between mind and body, combining a unique blend of analytical structure and somatic wisdom.

My grounded approach is shaped by:

  • 30 years working as an architect, allowing me to bring a clear, supportive structure to your healing space.

  • Over two decades of teaching yoga, anchoring our physical work together in safety and stability.

  • Deep personal experience with grief, offering you a steady, lived understanding of what it takes to rebuild.

I provide a purposeful framework that prioritises your safety every step of the way, helping you gently find your own path back to wholeness.

You don't have to carry this alone.

Book an introductory call with me to talk through what is bringing you here, ask questions, and see if somatic therapy feels right for you. There is no pressure and no fixed programme, just a conversation.
